The Art Guild of Central Texas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting an interest in the artwork of local artists, and to be an inspiration to art students in our community.  We are a diverse group open to all media and styles.  We further art education by offering classes, demonstrations, workshops, and public exhibits.  If you are interested in art or are looking for a new hobby, the Art Guild of Central Texas might be the perfect home for you.  Please view our Upcoming Events for meeting time (usually 1:30 p.m. on 2nd Sundays) and location.  Membership information is on our Contact Us or Join page.  For additional information please contact our Membership Chair Linda Green at 254-498-1407 or (jgreen28@hot.rr.com).

Dues

If you want to join us, please send your check (made payable to AGCT) to Gloria Meadows (Treasurer), P.O. Box 23994,  Waco,  TX   76702.  Dues not paid before January 1 are prorated. For each remaining month of 2010, the dues are $1/month for students under 21, $2/month for regular members, and $3/month for those with a web gallery. Patrons donate $100 at any time, and receive full gallery membership. Art majors may join free by emailing Linda Green at jgreen28@hot.rr.com. Renewing members who did not renew before January 1 pay $12 student, $24 regular, or $36 with web gallery.

To see our members' art, visit our Gallery where works are for sale by our artists.  Just click on an artist's name to enter her/his gallery.  You can also click on a thumbnail-sized painting to get a larger image of it.  In fact, throughout the website there are many thumbnails that can be enlarged by clicking on them.  Feel free to do so, although downloading them or printing them would violate the artists' copyrights.  Our site is being updated frequently.  Please come back and see us for the latest updates.
