Please pick up your art at MCC between 2:30 and 3:30 on Monday, May 12, or have someone else get it for you.

Please meet at the museum before 2 p.m. so that we can begin the tour with our docent. The museum is in the building to your left as you enter the main entrance from University Parks Drive.

We toured two exhibits at the Martin Museum of Art at Baylor: Women in Art and Academia, which included works from 13 artists; and a collection of paintings and Hermes scarves by Kermit Oliver. One of Oliver's paintings is at the right. The turnout was small, but those who were able to attend enjoyed it very much.

The postcard announcements for our exhibit will be sent only to those we designate by May 23rd. The Arboretum did not keep lists from previous years, only from last year, and that was a total of 18 names from Frank, Gloria and Linda. Members can email the lists to Linda Green or bring them to the May meeting and she will deliver them to the Arboretum.  Also at the May meeting we need to vote on the picture to be used on the postcard invitations, so bring any entry you would like to have considered, or a photo of it.
